The disciplinary cases against 5 judges were opened
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 26 January 2016 the issue of disciplinary cases opening and refusal in opening was reviewed.
Based on the verification results the Commission has decided to open disciplinary cases against 5 judges.
As for the 141 appeals the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to refuse in opening of a disciplinary case. The Commission has terminated the disciplinary proceeding against 5 judges.
The consideration of disciplinary proceeding against Mrs. Larysa Kalinichenko, judge of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv city was postponed.
