The HCJ explained why it decided to support the recommendation of the High Qualification Commission proposing suspension of a judge
In result of a secret ballot the High Council of Justice unanimously decided to make a submission to the Parliament of Ukraine on dismissal of 1 judge for violation of oath.
The decision was made after considering the recommendation of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine as of 24 March 2015.
