The High Council of Justice received recommendations on the appointment of candidates for judicial positions from the Commission
Upon the results of the competitive selection, held on 14 March 2016 the Commission sent to the High Council of Justice recommends for appointment of candidates Mrs. Liudmyla Makarenko, Mr. Ivan Nikolaienko and Mr. Oleksandr Faradzhev to judicial positions.
By the Commission Decision as of 10 February 2016 it recommended Mrs. Liudmyla Makarenko to Volodarskyi Disrict Court of Kyivska oblast, Mr. Ivan Nikolaienko to Commercial Court of Zaporizka oblast and Mr. Oleksandr Faradzhev to Mohyliv-Podilskyi City-District Court of Vinnytska oblast.
