The initial qualification assessment of the fifth group of judges has been started
On 23 March 2016, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine began the assessment procedure of judges who are applying for a lifetime appointment.
Today the judges are expecting anonymous testing and practical tasks. During testing, the established legal position of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and the legal Opinion of the European Court of Human Rights will be determined. Performing practical tasks will be carried out by discussing the practical situation.
On 30-31 March 2016, the fifth group of judges is awaiting an interview with the Members of the Qualification Chamber of the Commission. The judicial dossier will be discussed and the results of the assessment will be announced.
