The initial qualification assessment of the fourth group of judges has begun
On 3 March 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has started the assessment procedure of judges who are applying for lifetime appointment.
Today the judges are expecting anonymous testing and practical tasks. During testing, the established legal position of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and the legal opinion of the European Court of Human Rights will be assessed. Performing practical tasks will be carried out by discussing the practical situation.
On 17-18 March the fourth group of judges awaiting an interview with the Members of the Commission's Qualification Chamber. Discussing the judicial dossier and announcement of the assessment results are scheduled.
