The list of candidates for appointment to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine by the congress of representatives of law schools and scientific institutions
Under Article 103 paragraph 7 of the Law of Ukraine on Judiciary and Status of Judges the Secretariat of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine announces that the reception of documents of candidates for appointment to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine by the congress of representatives of law schools and scientific institutions will be finished on 31 May 2015.
The list of candidates for appointment to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine by the congress of representatives of law schools and scientific institutions who are not judges or retired judges consists of:
- Mr Mykola Haliantych
- Mr Serhii Ostapets
- Mr Andrii Vasylenko
- Mr Serhii Prylypko
We also inform that no judge or retired judge submitted their documents to seek membership in the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
