The matter on transfer of judges was reviewed
At the meeting of the Qualification Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 8 April 2016, upon results of materials consideration it adopted the decision to provide recommendations for the transfer of judges to another court of the same level without competition.
The Commission decided to recommend 10 judges for the transfer to the newly created Kherson City Court of Kherson region.
In addition, the Commission recommended transferring without competition 3 judges of Dniprovskyi District Court of Kherson city.
Furthermore, the Commission decided to provide recommendation on transferring of 3 judges to another court of the same level without competition.
Finally, the Commission deferred consideration of recommending a transfer of 8 judges.
