The notice of the Commission's meeting on 27 January 2016
On 27 January 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine will consider the issue on the recommendation of judges to transfer to the position of a judge to another Court of the same level without competition.
Moreover, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine will consider the issue on attachment of judges of the local courts to another court of the same level in other areas, as well as the issue on consideration of the appeal of Mr. Valerii Frolov, the judge of the Commercial Court of Mykolaivska oblast on transferring to another court of the same level in other areas without competition and the declaration of Mr. Vasyl Shliakhov on clarification of the decision.
