The ordinary meeting with the members of the Commission, the direction of the Council of Judges of Ukraine, Chairman of the SJA and the chairmen of the high specialized courts
On the 27th of January, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine hosted an ordinary meeting on the implementation of justice in certain areas of Donetsk and Luhansk.
The issues on the current condition of the judicial system of Ukraine were discussed.
Due to the problematic situation with the courts in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the transfer of judges to the other courts was again discussed.
