The President of Ukraine signed a Decree on the appointment of 90 judges of local general courts
On July 05, 2020, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued three Decrees “On the Appointment of Judges” (No. 311/2020, No. 312/2020, No. 313/2020).
As such, following part 5 of Article 126, Article 127 and parts 1 and 2 of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine to local general courts the following judges were appointed:
