The President of Ukraine signed Decree on appointing 61 judges of local general courts
On December 04, 2020, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued Decree “On the Appointment of Judges” (No.539/2020).
As such, following part 5 of Article 126, Article 127, and parts 1 and 2 of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine to local general courts were appointed:

It is worth recalling that on August 07, 2019, based on the results of the competition announced on July 02, 2019, the Commission submitted recommendations to the High Council of Justice on the appointment of 467 candidates as judges of local general courts. (For more information, click here).
