The Procedure and Methodology of Qualification Evaluation of Judges has been submitted to the Council of Judges of Ukraine
Upon the results of the consensus meeting on approval of the Procedure and Methodology of Qualification Evaluation of Judges, held on 14 - 15 August 2015, on 18 August 2015 at the premises of the Higher Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine there was decided to submit this document to the Council of Judges of Ukraine.
The prepared document was developed with taking into account of the proposals of the Council of Judges of Ukraine, as well as international and national experts in professional evaluation of judges and aims to provide an objective and independent evaluation of judges’ qualification.
