There were opened disciplinary cases against 5 judges
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 22 December 2015, the issue on opening disciplinary cases and denied opening was reviewed.
Based on the verification results the Commission took a decision to open disciplinary cases against 5 judges.
With regards to 125 appeals the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine concluded to deny the disciplinary case opening.
The Commission has suspended the disciplinary proceedings relating to:
- Mr. Andrii Vereshchak (served as judge of the Bilotserkivskyi District Court of Kyivska oblast);
- Mr. Viktor Rudnitskyi (served as judge of the Kominternivskyi District Court of Odeska oblast);
- Mr. Volodymyr Podkolzin (served as judge of the Yenakiivskyi City Court of Donetska oblast);
- Mr. Stanislav Kuti (served as judge of the Voroshylovskyi District Court of Donetsk city);
- Mr. Petro Slobodian (served as judge of the Commercial Court of Volynska oblast);
- Mr. Andrii Kytaiev (served as judge of the Novoazovskyi District Court of Donetska oblast);
- Mr. Vitalii Ziemtsov (served as judge of the Avtozavodskyi District Court of Kremenchuk city, Poltavska oblast);
- Mr. Mykola Bibik (served as judge of the Babushkinskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk city);
- Mr. Yevhenii Kurenkov (served as judge of the Darnytsa District Court of Kyiv city);
- Mrs. Mariia Akulova (served as judge of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District Court Odeska oblast);
- Mr. Viktor Kovalenko (served as judge of Brusylivskyi District Court of Zhytomyrska oblast);
- Mrs. Liubov Stoianova (served as judge of the Appellate Court of Odeska oblast).
