To attention of candidates who have been dismissed from the position of judge due to oath violation
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine calls for the meeting the candidates, who have appealed to Commission with requests to be recommended for election to lifetime judicial positions:
- Mr. Mykola Bibik, dismissed from the position of a judge of the Babushkinskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk city;
- Mr. Kostiantyn Kukurekin, dismissed from the position of a judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Sevastopol city;
- Mr. Kirieiev Rodion, dismissed from the position of a judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv city;
- Mrs. Olha Prohorchiuk, dismissed from the position of a judge of the District Administrative Court of Sevastopol.
The considering by the Commission of issue on statements prepared by mentioned candidates on electing them for the lifetime judicial positions will be held on 26 February 2016 at the premises of the Commission: 9, Mekhanizatoriv Str., Kyiv, Ukraine.
Registration for participation in the meeting begins at 02:00 p.m., the meeting starts at 03:00 p.m.
