According to Article 85 of the Law of Ukraine “On Judiciary and the Status of Judges,” Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 20, 2020, № 392 “On introducing quarantine to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, and stages of easing anti-epidemic measures” starting from May 26, 2020, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine will restore the acquaintance with judicial dossiers and dossiers of candidates for judicial positions in the usual mode.
At the same time, in order to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19, staying in the premises of the Commission is allowed subject to the observance of anti-epidemic requirements, in particular the mask regime only.
Acquaintance with the dossier materials will take place on the first floor of the Commission’s premises at the address: 9, General Shapoval Str., Kyiv.

It is worth recalling that according to the Law of Ukraine “On amending certain legislative acts of Ukraine directed on prevention of emergence and distribution of a coronavirus disease (COVID-19),” adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on March 17, 2020, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2020, № 211 “On prevention of the spread of coronavirus COVID-19 on the territory of Ukraine,” letter of the Council of Judges of Ukraine dated March 16, 2020, № 9pc-186/20 on quarantine measures and letter of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine dated March 16, 2020, № 14-5197/20 on taking measures to minimize the risk of spreading acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, access to judicial dossiers and dossiers of judicial candidates for the period of quarantine temporarily suspended by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
