Why does Commission recommend dismissing judges of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea?
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 10 November 2015, it considered the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary liability. Mr. Mykola Patriuk, Chairman of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Commission commented upon the results of the meeting.
