There was discussed the draft regulation on the procedure of conducting the judicial dossier
The regular meeting of the working group on the position of the operation of the judicial file passed to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine April 22, 2015.
International experts provided suggestions on the draft of Regulation in accordance with the action plan. Mr Roman Savchuk, Head of the Department of Organization of Judicial Training of the Secretariat of the Commission informed the members of the working group with elaborate proposals for the draft regulation on the operation of the court record.
The Commission developed this document jointly with the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine. Members of the working group, after discussion and amendment previously have agreed the basic provisions of the document for further processing. It was decided to send this document to the approval of the Council of Judges of Ukraine in the next days.
