11 judges from liquidated Kherson courts were provided with recommendations for transfer to another court without competition
At the meeting of the Qualification Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 29 February 2016 upon results of materials consideration it rendered the decision to provide recommendations for the transfer of judges to another court of the same level without competition.
This is the judges from Kherson city, who worked in the liquidated courts. The Commission decided to recommend 11 judges for the transfer to the newly established Kherson City Court.
At the same time, the Chamber deferred consideration of recommending to the transfer of 2 judges.
Recalling that according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine №15/2016 as of 19 January 2016 there were liquidated the Dniprovskyi District Court of Kherson city, Komsomolskyi District Court and Suvorovskyi District Court of Kherson city. Instead, the same Decree launched Khersonskyi City Court.
