141 candidates were admitted to qualification evaluation in the competition for positions of judges to the High Court on Intellectual Property
On July 6, 2018, determining results of the background check of candidates for the position of a judge of the High Court on Intellectual Property were considered at sessions of the panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
According to the results of the background check, the Commission made a decision that 141 candidates meet the requirements to a candidate for the position of a judge of the High Court on Intellectual Property established by the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”.
