16 judges have been recognized to be correspondent to the position held, and one that does not correspond to the position
On June 12, 2019, on session in panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine the issue of support for the decisions of the Commission’s panels, approved in the framework of the procedure of qualification evaluation of judges of local and appellate courts for their compliance with the position held was considering.
The decision confirming the ability of a judge (candidate for a position of a judge) to administer justice in the relevant court shall take effect from the date of adoption of this decision if it is supported by not less than eleven members of the Commission in accordance with paragraph 2 of part 1 of Article 88 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and Status of Judges”.
