3 judges recognized non-correspondent to position held
On July 24, 2019, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine at its session in panels was deciding the results of the qualification evaluation upon the exam for judges of local and appellate courts for the compliance with the position held and the issue of admission to the second stage of qualification evaluation «Dossier study and conduction of interview» were determined.
Three judges off local and appellate courts hadn’t passed the exam and are not admitted to interviews. These judges are recognized not correspondent to position held. Commission will submit recommendations to the High Council of Judges upon their disposal from the position of judge.
