3 judges were brought to disciplinary responsibility
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 26 July 2016, disciplinary issues were considered.
The Commission decided to apply disciplinary sanction in the form of warnings to three judges.
The consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of 6 judges was deferred.
The disciplinary proceeding in respect of 3 judges was terminated.
