3 judges were dismissed
At the meeting of High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, which took place on the 29th of January 2015, it was decided to dismiss 3 judges on the basis of the request of the Prosecutor- General of Ukraine.
In connection with the institution of criminal proceedings, the following judges for a period of 2 months were dismissed:
- Mr Anatolii Bariak, the judge of the city court of Vinnytsia(Vinnytska Oblast);
- Mr Anatolii Ivanov, the judge of the city-district court of Uman(Cherkaska Oblast);
- Mrs Liudmyla Horiachkivska, the judge of the city-district court of Uman (Cherkaska Oblast).
The Commission rejected the request of the Prosecutor- General of Ukraine:
- Mrs Oksana Tsarevych, the judge of the Pecherskyi District Kyiv City Court;
- Mr Victor Kytsiuk, the judge of the Pecherskyi District Kyiv City Court.
The Commission left without consideration the request on the reversal of the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine of 11June, 2012, on the dismissal of Mr Hennadii Kostiuchenko, the judge of Leninskyi District Mykolaiiv City Court.
