34 judges of local general courts are appointed by the Presidential Decree
On July 17, 2020, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued Decree No. 279/2020 “On the Appointment of Judges”.
As such, in accordance with part 5 of Article 126, Article 127 and parts 1 and 2 of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine the following judges were appointed:
- the judge of the Pohrebyshchenskyi District Court of the Vinnytsia Region Sych Serhii Mykhailovych;
- the judge of the Yampilskyi District Court of the Vinnytsia Region Shvets Roman Viktorovych;
- the judge of the Horohivskyi District Court of the Volyn Region Yaremchuk Svitlana Mykhailivna;
- the judge of the Ivanychivskyi District Court of the Volyn Region Fedechko Marta Orestivna;
- the judge of the Liubeshivskyi District Court of the Volyn Region Tsyben Olha Volodymyrivna;
- the judge of the Rozhyshchenskyi District Court of the Volyn Region Trebyk Viacheslav Borysovych;
- the judge of the Solonianskyi District Court of the Dnipropetrovsk Region Kitov Oleksandr Vasyliovych;
- the judge of the Slovianskyi City District Court of the Donetsk Region Falin Ivan Yuriiovych;
- the judge of the Liubarskyi District Court of the Zhytomyr Region Nosach Vitalii Mykolaiovych;
- the judge of the Koroliovskyi District Court of Zhytomyr Petrovska Maryna Viktorivna;
- the judge of the Perechynskyi District Court of the Zakarpattia Region Hevtsi Viktoriia Mykolaivna;
- the judge of the Zaporizkyi District Court of the Zaporizhzhia Region Tkachenko Maryna Oleksandrivna;
- the judge of the Bilokurakynskyi District Court of the Luhansk Region Tytov Artem Oleksandrovych;
- the judge of the Troitskyi District Court of the Luhansk Region Havaleshko Petro Stepanovych;
- the judge of the Novoodeskyi District Court of the Mykolaiv Region Serhienko Serhii Anatoliiovych;
- the judge of the Korabelnyi District Court of Mykolaiv Torzhynska Tetiana Viktorivna;
- the judge of the Kodymskyi District Court of the Odesa Region Kalashnikova Tetiana Oleksandrivna;
- the judge of the Saratskyi District Court of the Odesa Region Riazanova Kateryna Yuriivna;
- the judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Poltava Vysokykh Maryna Serhiivna;
- the judge of the Hoshchanskyi District Court of the Rivne Region Olenych Yuliia Volodymyrivna;
- the judge of the Konotopskyi City District Court of the Sumy Region Ridzevska Iryna Oleksandrivna;
- the judge of the Seredyno-Budskyi District Court of the Sumy Region Sytailo Oleksii Ivanovych;
- the judge of the Zarichnyi District Court of Sumy Severynova Aliona Stepanivna;
- the judges of the Buchatskyi District Court of the Ternopil Region Sozanska Liudmyla Ivanivna, Tkhoryk Inna Ivanivna;
- the judge of the Shumskyi District Court of the Ternopil Region Kharlan Maksym Volodymyrovych;
- the judge of the Velykoburlutskyi District Court of the Kharkiv Region Podmarkova Yuliia Mykolaivna;
- the judge of the Vovchanskyi District Court of the Kharkiv Region Serbinenko Inna Volodymyrivna;
- the judge of the Kehychivskyi District Court of the Kharkiv Region Krapivka Tetiana Valentynivna;
- the judge of the Ivanivskyi District Court of the Kherson Region Ferents Rostyslav Ivanovych;
- the judge of the Letychivskyi District Court of the Khmelnytsk Region Tsybulskyi Dmytro Vasyliovych;
- the judge of the Starokostiantynivskyi District Court of the Khmelnytsk Region Kutasevych Olha Hennadiivna;
- the judge of the Kanivskyi City District Court of the Cherkasy Region Yevtushenko Bohdana Volodymyrivna;
- the judge of the Ichnianskyi District Court of the Chernihiv Region Fetisova Nataliia Vasylivna;
It is worth recalling that on August 07, 2019, based on the results of the competition announced on July 02, 2019, the Commission submitted recommendations to the High Council of Justice on the appointment of 467 candidates as judges of local general courts. (For more information, click here).
