4 of 8 judges confirmed that they are capable to administer justice
On 6 May 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of initial qualification assessment of 8 judges of the Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court.
Upon the assessment results the Commission Panel, consisting of Mr. Sergii Koziakov, Head of the Panel, Mr. Yurii Titov and Mrs. Tetiana Veselska decided that the following 4 judges are capable to administer justice in the respective court.
- Mrs. Nataliia Litvina;
- Mr. Ihor Lichevetskyi;
- Mr. Mykhailo Mezhevych;
- Mr. Ihor Petryk.
Regarding judges Mr. Volodymyr Melnychuk, Mr. Andrii Pariniv, Mrs. Olena Pylypenko and Mrs. Iryna Saprykina, the Commission decided to take a recess in considering the determination of results of initial qualification assessment due to the need for additional data verification of judicial dossier.
