6 of 7 judges confirmed that they are capable to administer justice
On 18 May 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of initial qualification assessment of 7 judges of the Appeal Court of Kyiv city.
Upon the assessment results the Commission Panel, consisting of Mrs. Valentyna Ustymenko, Head of the Panel, Mrs. Tetiana Shylova and Mr. Pavlo Lutsiuk decided that the following 6 judges are able to administer justice in the appropriate court.
- Mrs. Halyna Balytska;
- Mrs. Liudmyla Boholiubska;
- Mrs. Marharyta Vasylieva;
- Mr. Stepan Hladii;
- Mrs. Iryna Horb;
- Mr. Viacheslav Dziubin.
Regarding the judge Mr. Viktor Hlynianyi, the Commission decided to take a recess in considering the determination of results of initial qualification assessment due to the need for additional data verification of judicial dossier.
