6 of 8 judges passed initial qualification assessment
On 20 April 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine continued to determine the results of the initial qualification assessment of judges of the Appeal Court of Kyiv region.
Upon results of the assessment of 8 judges the Commission Panel consisting of Mrs. Valentyna Ustymenko, Chairman of the Panel, Mr. Pavlo Lutsiuk and Mr. Mykola Mishyn decided that 6 judges are able to administer justice in the appropriate courts, namely:
- Mr. Mykola Avramenko
- Mrs. Raisa Haidai
- Mr. Oleksandr Hrynenko
- Mrs. Veronika Zimina
- Mr. Oleh Ihnatiuk
- Mrs. Olha Kapichon
Regarding judges Mr. Viktor Habriel and Mr. Andrii Dryha, the Commission decided to take a recess in considering the determination of the results of initial qualification assessment due to the need for additional verification of the data from judicial dossier.
