7 Judges of the Kyiv Appellate Commercial Court passed the initial qualification assessment
On 6th June 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of the initial qualification assessment of 9 judges of the Kyiv Appellate Commercial Court.
Upon the assessment results of the Commission Board, composed of Mrs. Anastasiia Zaritska, Head of the Panel, Mr. Stanislav Shchotka and Mr. Mykhailo Makarchuk decided that only 7 judges are capable to administer justice in the respective court, namely they are:
- Mrs. Lesia Sitailo;
- Mrs. Iryna Skrypka;
- Mrs. Larysa Smirnova;
- Mr. Serhii Sotnikov;
- Mr. Valerii Sukhovyi;
- Mrs. Liudmyla Chorna;
- Mr. Viktor Shapran.
Regarding the judge Mr. Volodymyr Shypko the Commission decided to take a recess in considering the determination of results of initial qualification assessment due to the need for additional data verification of judicial dossier.
Due to the bad health conditions of the judge Mr. Oleksandr Synytsia the Commission also decided to take a recess in considering the determination of results of initial qualification assessment.
