7 judges were dismissed
At the meeting of High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, which took place on the 19th of May 2015, it was decided to dismiss 7 judges on the basis of the request of the Prosecutor- General of Ukraine.
In connection with the institution of criminal proceedings, the following judges for a period of 2 months were dismissed:
• Mrs Prygunova Alla, the judge of the commercial court of Kyiv
• Mrs Korolova Galyna, the judge of Kovpakiyivskyi district court of Sumy
• Mrs Tarankova Halyna, the judge of Komsomolsk city court of Poltavska Oblast
The Commission also decided to extend the dismission regarding the following judges for 1 month:
• Mr Dvornin Oleh, the judge of Derazhnyanskyi district court of Khmelnytska oblast
• Mr Lupenko Andrii, the judge of Suvorocskyi district court of Odesa
• Mrs Melnychuk Nina, the judge of Bilyayivskyi district court of Odeska oblast
• Mr Dubtsov Oleksandr, the judge of Bredychiv city-district court of Zhytomyrska oblast
The Commission postponed the consideration of the dismission from the office of the judge of appeal court of Chernivetska oblast Mrs Perepeluk Lubov and the judge of commercial court of Odeska oblast Mr Medentsev Pavlo.
