7 of 10 judges confirmed that they are capable to administer justice
On 1st June 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of initial qualification assessment of 10 judges of the Appeal Court of Kyiv city.
Upon the assessment results the Commission Panel, consisting of Mrs. Valentyna Ustymenko, Head of the Panel, Mrs. Tetiana Shylova and Mr. Pavlo Lutsiuk decided that the following 7 judges are able to administer justice in the appropriate court.
- Mr. Mosondz Ivan;
- Mr. Novov Serhiy;
- Mrs. Osipova Lyudmyla;
- Mrs. Pavlenko Oksana;
- Mr. Palenyk Ihor;
- Mr. Rybak Ivan;
- Mrs. Silkova Iryna.
Regarding the judges Mr. Ihor Moroz, Mr. Oleg Prysiazhniuk, Mrs. Olena Sitailo, the Commission decided to take a recess in considering the determination of results of initial qualification assessment due to the need for additional data verification of judicial dossier.
