8 judges passed the initial qualification assessment
On 12 May 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of initial qualification assessment in respect of 12 judges of the Kyiv Commercial Court of Appeal.
Upon the assessment results the Commission Panel composed of Mrs. Anastasiia Zaritska, Head of the Panel, Mr. Stanislav Shchotka and Mr. Mykola Mishyn decided that the following 8 judges are capable to administer justice in the respective court.
- Mr. Oleksandr Baranets;
- Mr. Serhii Buravliov;
- Mrs. Svitlana Dykunska;
- Mrs. Maryna Didychenko;
- Mrs. Maryna Zhuk;
- Mrs. Larysa Zubets;
- Mrs. Nadiia Kalatai;
- Mrs. Antonina Malchenko.
Regarding judges Mrs. Svitlana Aldanova, Mr. Volodymyr Andriienko, Mrs. Liudmyla Kropyvnova and Mrs. Antonina Martiuk, the Commission decided to take a recess in considering the determination of results of initial qualification assessment due to the need for additional data verification of judicial dossier.
