9 judges received recommendations for the lifetime election to the office of a judge
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 16 December 2015, the issue on candidate’s recommendation for the lifetime election to the office of a judge was considered.
Based on the verification results the Commission has decided to recommend the following candidates:
- Mrs. Nina Myronchuk – to the position of a judge at Malynovskyi District Court of Odesa city;
- Mr. Oleksandr Karmazin – to the position of a judge at Administrative District Court of Kyiv city;
- Mr. Serhii Homelchuk – to the position of a judge at Administrative District Court of Kherson city;
- Mr. Denys Dontsov – to the position of a judge at Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa city;
- Mr. Vasyl Antoniuk – to the position of a judge at the Court of Vinnytsa city;
- Mrs. Nataliia Ponomarenko – to the position of a judge at Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv city;
- Mrs. Anastasiia Moroko – to the position of a judge at the District Administrative Court of Kharkiv city;
- Mr. Leonid Omelchenko – to the position of a judge at the Economic Court of Kyiv city;
- Mrs. Olha Bilinska – to the position of a judge at the Chervonozavodskyi District Court of Kharkiv city.
The Commission has deferred the consideration of the issue on recommending for a lifetime election to office of a judge regarding following persons: Mrs. Yuliia Shvach, Mrs. Nataliia Dobrivska, Mrs. Liudmyla Koziatnyk, Mr. Petro Kovzel, Mrs. Mariia-Marharyta Pylaieva, Mrs. Iryna Chernitska and Mrs. Olha Hulevets.
