A meeting of the Commission and the Council of Judges of Ukraine was held
It was continued to discuss project of the regulations on conducting the judicial dossier at the Commission on April 23, 2015.
Mr Sergii Koziakov, the Chairman of the Commission, Mr Mykola Patriuk, Deputy Chairman of the Commission - Chairman of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Commission, Mr. Stanislav Shchotka, Head of the Working Group and Secretary of the Qualification Chamber of the Commission, Mr. Mykhailo Makarchuk, Secretary of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Commission, Mrs Valentyna Simonenko, Head of the Council of Judges of Ukraine, Mrs Tetiana Chumachenko, Member of the Council of Judges of Ukraine, Roman Savchuk, Head of the Department of Judicial Panel of the Commission, Mrs Yana Masharova, Secretary of the working group, Deputy Head of Department - Head of the Division of work with the human resources staff of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, Mrs Iryna Halivets, Deputy Head of Department - Head of legal department review of State Judicial Administration of Ukraine attended the meeting of the working group of the project.
Mm Valentyna Simonenko, Head of the Council of Judges of Ukraine included proposals to the paragraphs of regulations concerning privacy of the judges and the declaration of the person authorized to perform state or local government. After their discussion was made changes to the document.
Recall that the Regulation on the functioning of judicial records developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System" and defines the training requirements, maintenance, regular updates, recording and storage criminal record, the list of documents that are stored in the court file and procedure for access to information contained in the court file.
The purpose of the formation and maintenance of the court record is a reflection of objective information on judges in assessing its performance and its ability to carry out judicial confirmation in the competent court.
