Agenda of the Commission’s meetings for 16 and 17 September 2019 updated
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has updated the agenda of the Commission’s sessions. Namely it was determined that on September 16 and 17, 2019 at 09:30 the consideration of the issue on the support of the decisions of the Commission’s panels adopted in the framework of the procedure of the qualification evaluation of judges for the compliance with the position held, in accordance with period 3 subparagraph 4.10.5 paragraph 4.10 section IV of the Rules of Procedure of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine would take place concerning the following judges:
1) Havrylov Dimitrii Viktorovych (September 16, 2019);
2) Torska Iryna Vasylivna (September 17, 2019);
3) Chernyshova Yevheniia Yuriivna (September 17, 2019).
The consideration of the issues will be held at the following address: 9, General Shapoval Str., Kyiv.
