An assessment for compliance with a position of judge is designated
The Commission informs that on 20th of October 2017, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine appointed an assessment of the compliance with the position of individual judges of local and appellate courts.
The formed list of judges is based on the following:
1) A judge whose term of five years has expired, taking into account the length of the termination of such term, and also taking into account the critical situations with the administration of justice (impossibility of administering justice, an excessive loading level);
2) Judges aged 60 and over who has indicated their intention to undergo an assessment;
3) Judges of appellate courts who have indicated their intention to undergo an assessment;
During the assessment, testing of personal moral and psychological qualities and general abilities will be conducted.

Address of testing: 54, Bohdan Khmelnitskyi str., Kyiv.
Registration for testing will start from 09:30. The Commission asks judges to arrive for registration in time.
For registration, you must have a Ukrainian passport and a judge's identity card.
Test time: from 10:00 till 17:00, break – from 13:00 till 14:00.
The presence on the test is compulsory.
During the test using any means, including phones and other gadgets, calculators, the Internet, is strictly prohibited.
