Announcement
For the attention of judges of local general courts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, and judges of local and appellate courts of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city Sevastopol.
Paragraph 10 of Section II Transitional Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the right to a fair trial" from 12.02.2015 № 1192-VIII to the powers of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine referred the question of attachment to the judges of other courts at the same level as other areas where if the court stops due to natural disasters, acts of war, conducting counter-terrorist operations or other extraordinary circumstances.
We inform you that in order to ensure implementation of the said provisions of the Law Commission made arrangements and testing of the data, necessary procedures for the settlement of the question of attachment to the judges to other courts and also determining of the order of its consideration.
The required information on the procedure of consideration of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine the question of attachment to the judges of other courts at the same level in other areas will be placed in the announcement on the official web site of the Commission.
