Another 5 judges confirmed their capability to administer justice
On 3rd June 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of initial qualification assessment of 8 judges of the Kyiv Appeal Court.
Upon the assessment results consisting of Mrs Valentyna Ustymrnko, Head of the Panel, Mrs. Tetiana Shylova and Mr Pavlo Lutsiuk decided that the following 5 judges are capable to administer justice in the respective court.
- Mrs. Tiutiun Tetiana;
- Mr. Khudyk Mykola;
- Mr. Chornyi Oleksandr;
- Mrs. Yudenko Tamara;
- Mr. Yashchenko Mykola.
Regarding judges Mrs. Yurii Triasun, Mrs. Tetiana Frych, Mrs. Olha Yurdyha, the Commission decided to take a recess in considering the determination of results of initial qualification assessment due to the need for additional data verification of judicial dossier.
