Another 8 judges confirmed their capability to administer justice
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of initial qualification assessment of 11 judges on 17 May 2016.
Upon the assessment results the Commission Panal, composed of Mr. Mykola Patriuk, Head of the Panel, Mr. Volodymyr Butenko and Mr. Andrii Vasylenko decided that the following 7 judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal are capable to administer justice in the respective court.
- Mrs. Antonina Andriienko;
- Mrs. Iryna Bilych;
- Mr. Yevhen Bolotov;
- Mrs. Iryna Verbova;
- Mrs. Oksana Zhelepa;
- Mrs. Halyna Zalyshniak;
- Mr. Mykola Ivanchenko.
Mr. Viacheslav Hul, judge of the Appellate Court of Kyiv region also confirmed that he is capable to administer justice.
Regarding judges of the Appellate Court of Kyiv city Mrs. Nataliia Antonenko, Mrs. Valentyna Voloshyna and Mr. Dmytro Harashchenko, the Commission decided to take a recess in considering the determination of results of initial qualification assessment due to the need for additional data verification of judicial dossier.
