Attention of candidates for the post of judge for the first time who decided to participate in the competition for occupation of a vacant post of judge announced on May 14, 2015
In accordance with the Article 73 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and Status of Judges of Ukraine”, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine approved the general procedure for filing applications for the competition for judicial position by candidates and the conditions of its implementation.
In accordance with the procedure set out by the Commission, the candidates who have 97- 75 rating list points, including participation in the competition, shall apply for the period from 18 to 22 May 2015.
On Friday, May 22, 2015 the receipt of documents by the Secretariat of the Commission is carried out from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 13:45 to 16:00.
We inform that the extension of time of documents receipt by the Commission shall not be provided. We also state that the number of officials of the Secretariat providing organizational support for receipt of documents is limited, as well. Therefore, we appeal to candidates with a proposal not to delay the submission to the Commission an application for participation in the competition on the last day of receipt of documents and not to put away its submission for the last moment.
Under the competition terms, approved by the Commission, candidate, who files the application and documents without observance of the time, specified in the announcement of competition, and not in the manner intended by the competition terms, shall not be allowed to participate in competition.
