Chairman of the Qualification Chamber of the Commission held personal reception of citizens
Mr Mykola Patriuk, Deputy Chairman of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, Chairman of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Commission, held personal reception of citizens on 2 August 2016.
During the reception, it was discussed the judicial violation of procedural law, unjustified delay of the case proceedings and judicial failure to take measures in respect of citizen’s petitions at the times specified by the law. The applicants also inquired about the process of the consideration of the applications about conduct of judges, which had been submitted by them earlier.
Mr Mykola Patriuk communicated with 5 residents who came from different regions of Ukraine.
The member of the Commission provided clarification about all the issues raised, and also payed attention to the powers of the Commission, the procedure of the consideration of applications about conducts of judges, informed residents about the process of the consideration of their applications.
