Commission admitted six candidates to the special background check
On September 25, 2019, at the session in panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of admission of candidates to special background check within the competition announced for judicial vacancies of local general courts of Donetsk and Luhansk Regions for candidates for the judicial positions who meet the requirements of the period 7 of paragraph 13, Section III, Final and Transitional Provisions of the Law of Ukraine On the High Council of Justice.
As a result of the session, the Commission recognized six candidates, as those who submitted all the necessary documents in the order and in terms, determined by the relevant conditions of the competition, as well as met the requirements of paragraph 13 of Section III Final and Transitional Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice”, and admitted them to the special background check:
Voitukh Oleksandr Mykhailovych;
Holovina Olena Oleksandrivna;
Krasnokutska Natalia Serhiivna;
Krasnokutskyi Serhii Oleksandrovych;
Soloviova Olha Oleksandrivna;
Foroschuk Svitlana Anatoliivna.
Instead, the Commission refused admission to the special check and participation in the competition of Kobzar Oleksandr Yuriiovych.
