Commission announces the changes to agenda of Commission’s sessions for September 27, 2019
The decision of the Commission dated September 26, 2019 removed the consideration of the issue of recommending judges of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, the Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine, the High Specialized Court of Ukraine for civil and criminal cases for transfer to the positions of judge to another court of the same or lower level without competition, scheduled for September 27, 2019.
