Commission announces the withdrawal of issues scheduled for September 16-17, 2019
The Commission announces the withdrawal from consideration of the issue of supporting the decisions of the Commission’s panels adopted in the framework of the procedure of the qualification evaluation local and appellate court judges for the compliance with the position held in accordance with period 3, subparagraph 4.10.5, paragraph 4.10 of Section IV of the Rules of Procedure of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine scheduled for September 16 and 17, 2019.
The date, time and place of the meeting will be additionally announced.
