Commission considered a disciplinary issue
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 19 November 2015 it considered the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary liability.
After verification the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 2 judges.
At the same time, the Commission refused opening disciplinary proceedings in respect of 1 judge.
Furthermore, the HQCJU decided to defer consideration of holding disciplinary liable of 2 judges.
Finally, the Commission left without consideration the appeals regarding 2 judges.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open disciplinary cases upon 66 appeals.
