Commission considered the issue of recommending the candidates to judicial position for a lifetime term
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 9 September, 2015, it considered the issue on recommending candidates for election to the post of judge for a lifetime term.
Upon verification the Commission decided on recommending to the judicial position for a lifetime term of:
- Mr Vitalii Khandurin, judge of Dobropilskyi City-District Court of Donetska oblast;
- Mrs Tetiana Karmazyna, judge of Kirovogradskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mr Andrii Tzyhanko, judge of Donetskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mr Yevhenii Suprun, judge of Poltavskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mr Yevhen Cherepovskyi, judge of Donetskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mrs Olena Kovalenko, judge of Kyivskyi District Court of Odesa city.
The Commission decided to postpone consideration of the issue on recommending of Mr Ihor Cherniuk to lifetime judicial position
