Commission decided to hold the judges of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea disciplinary liable

At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 5 October, 2015, it examined the question of opening and denial to open a disciplinary case.

Upon the verification the Commission decided to launch disciplinary proceedings against 283 judges of 36 courts in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

The Commission also decided to launch disciplinary proceedings against 9 judges of 5 courts, located on the mainland of Ukraine.

The HQCJU decided to deny opening disciplinary cases upon 47 appeals.
