Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 18 judges
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on October 22, 2015 it was examined the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary liability.
The Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 15 judges.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open a disciplinary case over 391 appeals.
The Commission suspended the disciplinary proceedings against 14 judges.
At the end of the meeting, the Commission decided to defer consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of 20 judges.
