Commission decided to send recommendations on dismissal of 3 judges to the High Council of Justice
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 24 September, 2015, the question of bringing judges to disciplinary responsibility was considered.
Upon results of disciplinary proceedings the Commission decided to send recommendations to the High Council of Justice to decide on sending motions on dismissal of 3 judges on the ground of oath violation.
Furthermore, the Commission terminated disciplinary proceeding against 1 judge.
Finally, upon verification the HQCJU decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 19 judges of 10 courts.
