Commission denied candidate in permission to undergo special examination
On October 18, 2019, at the session of panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of admission of Verbovyi Oleksii Volodymyrovych to the special examination within the competition announced by the Commission on August 5, 2019 for the vacant positions of judges of local general courts of Donetsk and Luhansk Region for the candidate which complies with the requirements of period 7 paragraph 13 of Section III “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice” was considered.
As a result of the session the Commission refused in permission to undergo a special examination and to participate in the competition of Verbovyi Oleksii Volodymyrovych.
