Commission filed to the Parliament of Ukraine a submission on election of candidates to lifetime judicial positions
On 15 April 2016 the Commission filed to the Parliament of Ukraine the submission and the decision on recommending candidates Mr. Serhii Halian, Mrs. Lidiia Klimenko and Mr. Serhii Prudnyk for election to lifetime judicial positions.
By the Commission Decision as of 6 April 2016 Mr. Halian was recommended for election to lifetime judicial position to Konotopskyi City-District Court of Sumy region, Mrs. Klimenko was recommended for election to lifetime judicial position to Zhovtnevyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia city and Mr. Prudnyk was recommended for election to lifetime judicial position to Dnipropetrovskyi County Administrative Court.
